ARGO is moving application that transforms the relocation process into a seamless, user-friendly experience. This project focuses on simplifying the entire moving journey by integrating intuitive scheduling, real-time tracking, and efficient communication between users and professional movers. Through meticulous research, user-centered design, and robust functionality, the app not only meets everyday needs but also sets a new standard in the competitive moving services market

Research
We conducted a comprehensive exploration of the moving industry to pinpoint user pain points and design opportunities, mapping every step from sorting and packing to final delivery. Our research revealed a strong need for transparent pricing, streamlined scheduling, and clear communication. By consolidating these features into one platform and offering real-time updates and step-by-step guidance, we aim to reduce stress, increase efficiency, and foster trust throughout the moving process.

Customer Journey Map and User Flow
The application design must be visually simple and easy to understand, avoiding cluttered screens or confusing buttons while maintaining a clear hierarchical structure with bold headings and standout icons (including authentic images) to instill trust and reliability. The main interface should feature large, clear icons representing various service types such as regular moving, moving with a crane, and packing services allowing users to effortlessly select the desired option, specify pick-up and delivery locations, floors, apartments, and add any special notes that might affect pricing. Users then choose the items to be moved, providing estimated quantities and weights (for example, a refrigerator up to 500 liters) and noting any additional boxes or items that could alter the cost. In coordinating with the mover, a specific date, time, and price are set, though real-world conditions may sometimes lead to price adjustments. Some services, like Gett Movers or Uber Freight, offer real-time tracking of the mover on a map. Payment is typically made post-move, usually in cash or via bank transfer, often accompanied by a customary tip. Furthermore, service ratings play a crucial role in securing future transactions, and the process should be visually segmented into clear steps (for instance, “Step 1 of 3”) to guide the user, swiftly identify any discrepancies, and ensure that long forms are broken into manageable sections with appropriate labels and even smart auto-fill options to enhance efficiency, all while providing immediate visual feedback to confirm successful actions or alert users to issues

Wireframes
The wireframes serve as a visual blueprint for the application, outlining a clear, user-friendly interface that emphasizes simplicity and efficiency. They detail the hierarchical structure of each screen from the initial service selection to scheduling and real-time tracking ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey throughout the moving process.

Final Design
The final design embodies a sleek, modern interface that balances aesthetics with functionality. It features clean layouts, intuitive navigation, and a responsive design that adapts effortlessly to user needs. Every element from clear iconography and streamlined menus to integrated feedback systems has been meticulously refined to provide a seamless, efficient, and visually appealing experience throughout the moving process.
